An in-depth interview with a leading culinary innovator
Gain an insider's perspective on the global culinary scene and what it takes to succeed in this dynamic field from a special one-hour interview with world-renowned chef and restaurateur Alain Ducasse.
Led by Food Network chef Chuck Hughes, this insightful and engaging Q&A will feature Ducasse's reflections on his professional journey and his diverse achievements, which today include 22 top-tier restaurants in nine countries, including three with three Michelin Stars. He'll also share his thoughts on the most current and compelling culinary trends, and the most important lessons he's learned throughout his 34-year career.
The conversation will be followed by a wine-and-cheese reception and book signings by both Ducasse and Hughes.
